Houses For Sale/Rent
If you are selling your house or renting your house in the
Knolls you can list your house on this website. Just send pricing/contact
information, a picture and/or a link to your realtors site and we will list
it.
If you want to rent or want to buy, please send your listing
along as well.

Reminder for sellers: Please contact the office prior to
your closing so that everything is in order. This includes being up to date
on taxes, water payments and turning in your stock certificate, if
applicable. Not doing so could hold up your closing.
Keep in mind that community boat slips are NOT
transferable when a property is sold. Slips are rented on a yearly basis and
do not go with the house. New owners must make a new request and
availability varies from year to year.
