Community Meetings

| Regularly scheduled community meetings are
held throughout the year. Special meetings are also held occasionally.
Unless otherwise noted the meetings will take place at the Clubhouse.
Notices are placed in the New Fairfield Citizen News prior to the
meeting for Tax District meetings.
Meeting Schedule for 2011
May 7th, Noon
- This meeting is to discuss the proposed budget for the Tax District.
- All eligible taxpayers may attend and vote at this meeting.
- Taxpayers must be present to vote. There are no proxies for Tax
District votes.
May 21st, Noon
- This meeting is to vote on the proposed budget for the Tax District.
- All eligible taxpayers may attend and vote at this meeting.
- Taxpayers must be present to vote. There are no proxies for Tax
District votes.
- There is no discussion at this meeting, it is simply to vote for or
against the budget.
July 8th, 7:00 PM
- This meeting is to conduct business set forth in the meeting notice.
- All Candlewood Knolls Community, Inc. stockholders may attend and
speak at this meeting.
- For any voting that may occur, there is one vote per share of
Candlewood Knolls Community, Inc. stock.
- Stockholders who cannot attend the meeting may fill out a proxy
ballot.
- Non-stockholders may speak at the invitation of the President.
September 5th, 7:00 PM
Community Stockholder Meeting
- This meeting is to conduct business set forth in the meeting notice.
- All Candlewood Knolls Community, Inc. stockholders may attend and
speak at this meeting.
- For any voting that may occur, there is one vote per share of
Candlewood Knolls Community, Inc. stock.
- Stockholders who cannot attend the meeting may fill out a proxy
ballot.
- Elections of directors and officers whose terms have expired are held.
- Non-stockholders may speak at the invitation of the President.
