Who can rent the Candlewood Knolls Clubhouse?

Only Candlewood Knolls property owners may rent the clubhouse.

  • The property owner must sign the contract, pay the security deposit and rental fee.
  • The property owner must be in attendance at the event and must be the sole point of communication with Candlewood Knolls and its agents.
  • Insurance for the event must be in the property owner's name.
 

How much does it cost?

The downstairs is available for $200 for CKC stockholders, $400 for non-stockholder CK property owners.  For full-use of the space on the day before or after an event, additional rental days are required at a rate of $100/day.

The upstairs is available for $500 for CKC stockholders, $1000 for non-stockholder CK property owners.  For full-use of the space on the day before or after and event, additional rental days are required at a rate of $250/day.

 
Why can't I rent the clubhouse in July or August?

During the months of July and August, the clubhouse is reserved for community sponsored events when the Knolls is bustling with activities. Those events happen nearly every weekend and many week nights. 

 

Will tables and chairs be set up for me?

No, you will also have to break down tables and chairs afterward.

 

How many tables and chairs are there?

There are approximately 200 chairs, 10-6 ft round tables, 20-5 ft round tables, 16-8 foot rectangular tables.

 

Can I get in the day before my rental?

If you need access to the clubhouse before 6pm on the day before your rental, you will need to rent the space for an additional day at $250 for the upstairs and $100 for the downstairs.

 

What is in the clubhouse?

The upstairs has the following:

  • Kitchen - 10 burner stove, 2 ovens, commercial refrigerator, sink counters.
  • Freezer
  • Pool table
  • Large screen TV
  • Fireplace (can be used)
  • Built-in 8 foot bar
  • Sound system with CD/radio
  • Handicap accessible men's and women's rooms.
  • Ice machine

The downstairs has the following:

  • Refrigerator
  • Electric 4 burner stove
  • Microwave
  • Fireplace
  • Men's and women's room.
Is there heat or air conditioning in the clubhouse?

The upstairs has 11 air conditioner/heat pump units that can be used. The heats pump can be used when the outside temperature is 40 degrees or higher. There is a heating unit. The fireplace upstairs can be used.

The downstairs has 2 air conditioner/heat pump units that can be used. The heats pump can be used when the outside temperature is 40 degrees or higher. The fireplace downstairs can be used.
 
What is my responsibility for clean-up after my rental?
 
Please refer to the Clubhouse Rental Rules and Guidelines for specific instructions.  You must have the space cleaned and ready for inspection by 12:00pm the day after your rental.  If you need additional time for clean-up or to have rental equipment picked up, you must rent the space for an additional day at $250 for the upstairs and $100 for the downstairs.
