| Candlewood Knolls is administered by two
bodies: the Candlewood Knolls Community, Inc. and the Candlewood Knolls Tax
District. All the assets of the community are owned by Community, Inc. Many
of those assets are leased by the Tax District for use of the residents.
Stockholders of Community, Inc. elect a Board of Directors. Eligible
residents of the community also elect a Board of Directors for the Tax
District. By convention the officers of both boards are the same.
Community and Tax District Board Meetings are held throughout the year.

Officers serve a 2-year term. Directors serve 3-year staggered terms with
two directors elected each year.
